Anthem Country Club

Community: Anthem Country Club presents an
unmatched guard-gated, golf course county club environment, open to members of
all ages. Offering a wide array of residential collection, including homes
ranging from 1,275 square feet to over 3,600 square feet. Custom home sites are
also available and represent some of the most desirable in Southern Nevada.
Residents are members of an exclusive club, including a clubhouse offering

Community: This $5 Billion, 2,600
acre community is a residential as well as resort development. Built around a
320 acre lake with 10 miles of shoreline, at full build-out it will feature up
to six luxury hotels, at least five championship golf courses, world-class
shopping and dining, estate and single family custom and semi-custom homes, and
a 20 acre wetland park. Lake Las Vegas Resort also offers two Jack Nicklaus
designed golf courses, the daily fee Reflection Bay Golf Club and the private
SouthShore Golf Club.

Community: One of Southern Nevada's first hillside
communities, this new luxury village is built around DragonRidge Golf and
Country Club, an elegant, private equity 18 hole championship golf course

foothills it sits upon by preserving natural rock formations within the

Community: Queensridge, located in Peccole Ranch, is an

Community: The spectacular Red Rock County Club is guard-gated and

course is a 6,800-yard, par 72, Ted Robinson designed masterpiece that play
